Freight and Packaging Charges on Your Fully Guaranteed Order
We do not seek to profit from F&P charges but do need to recover some of our freight, packing and packaging expenses. These costs include not only the overnight Courier charge associated with your order but also labour to hand pick and pack your order in sophisticated packaging, including recyclable ice packs, designed to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. In addition to receiving the best possible quality in meats and gourmet foods, you are also saved time in queues and traffic, anytime of the year. And yes, the frozens do remain frozen!
Freight and Packaging is additional on all orders. This is charged at $22 per carton for the North Island of NZ (excluding Waiheke and Great Barrier Islands) and $28 per carton for the South Island of NZ and Waiheke and Great Barrier Islands.
Our largest carton holds up to 15kgs (as a guide) so it can be most efficient to order larger and less often. This might mean sharing an order with a friend, if you're clever!
Your order is sent on a fully trackable, overnight service for delivery each Tuesday through Saturday.
Vouchers
The freight is calculated differently on Voucher only puchases. If you are buying our Gift Vouchers, these are sent with a full colour Catalogue by Courier. The freight charge is $5.00 irrespective of how many Vouchers you are purchasing. If you would rather we posted your Vouchers to you we do this at no charge.
