Cheesy Prosciutto Twists
Brush a thawed sheet of puff pastry with a little beaten egg and cut into 1.5cm wide strips. Holding both ends, twist the strips in opposite directions to create twists. Sprinkle grated Parmesan Cheese over the twists.
Place the twists on a lightly greased baking trays and bake in a hot 210°C oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned and puffed. Remove from the trays and cool on a wire rack. Cut about 8 pieces prosciutto into half lengthways, twist the prosciutto around the puff twists and serve.
Serve with Pinenut mayo.
